We agree it’s been a very HOT summer, but we’ve been shocked at the number of inquiries for next summer already! So we’ve posted our rates and emailed all of our past tenants to give them first shot. If you are a new potential renter, please be aware that we give our tenants until Sept 30 to reserve their current week for next summer.
