Minimum Stay: Two nights.

- Whole House Discount: Book both the upper cottage and the lower apartment for the same timeperiod and receive a 20% discount.
Rates:
- 2 nights………………………$275 per night
- 3 nights………………………$250 per night
- 4 nights………………………$225 per night
- 5 or more nights…………$975 per week, $125 each extra additional night over one week
Other notes: Check-in is after 2pm on arrival date and Check-out is before 10am on departure date. Early check-in and late check-out requests can be made and will be honored if at all possible.

- New Years 2009-2010: RESERVED. Sorry!
- MLK Weekend: AVAILABLE! Rate: $300 per night, minimum of 2 nights. Add the downstairs unit for additional $150 per night.
- Valentine’s Weekend: AVAILABLE! Rate: $300 per night, minimum of 2 nights. Add the downstairs unit for additional $150 per night.
- President’s Weekend: AVAILABLE! Rate: $300 per night, minimum of 2 nights. Add the downstairs unit for additional $150 per night.
- Easter Weekend: AVAILABLE! Rate: $300 per night, minimum of 2 nights. Add the downstairs unit for additional $150 per night.
