Summer Season (Mid May to Early October)

Minimum Stay: One week.

Discounts:

  • Two week stay: $40 off per week
  • Three week stay: $60 off per week
  • Four week stay: $80 off per week
  • Repeat Renter: Prior season’s rates honored if booked prior to Labor Day of current season, or within two weeks of departure – whichever is later.
  • Early Bird: Book prior to New Year’s eve of previous year and get $100 off. (May not be combined with Repeat Renter discount).
  • Whole House Discount: Book both the upper cottage and the lower apartment for the same timeperiod and receive a $300 discount.

Off Season (Early October to Mid May)

Minimum Stay: Two nights.

Discounts:

  • Summer Guest: Our summer guests can rent in the offseason and receive a 10% discount on rates.
  • Whole House Discount: Book both the upper cottage and the lower apartment for the same timeperiod and receive a $300 discount.

Rates:

  • 2 nights………………………$275 per night
  • 3 nights………………………$250 per night
  • 4 nights………………………$225 per night
  • 5 or more nights…………$900 per week, $125 each extra additional night over one week

Other notes: Check-in is after 2pm on arrival date and Check-out is before 10am on departure date. Early check-in and late check-out requests can be made and will be honored if at all possible.
