Summer Season (Mid May to Early October)
Minimum Stay: One week. Beginning Mid Sept we allow partial week reservations.
Discounts:
- Two week stay: $40 off per week
- Three week stay: $60 off per week
- Four week stay: $80 off per week
- Repeat Renter: $100-300 off per week. Prior season’s rates (listed below) honored if booked prior to Labor Day of current season, or within two weeks of departure – whichever is later.
- Early Bird: Book prior to New Year’s eve of previous year and get $100 off. (May not be combined with Repeat Renter discount).
- Whole House Discount: Book both the upper cottage and the lower apartment for the same timeperiod and receive a $300 discount.
